For our 111th FrenzyPodcast, we’ve invited the Stuttgart-based DJ and producer, SYMON. SYMON is the promoter and resident artist of the infamous Vision Ekstase. He has been shaping his path since 2017 and has since then played in many clubs in and around Stuttgart. Besides DJ’ing, SYMON has been focusing on producing as well; he features on our Various Artists release with his good friend and fellow Vision Ekstase resident Rove Ranger. Next to that, he will release his first solo EP later this year.

SYMON created a one-hour mix for the FrenzyPodcast series, in which he starts deeper and controlling, and then takes things up a notch to create a dance floor ambience. Listen to the sound for the next hour, enjoy!

An artist emerging from the Scottish Highlands, Arta Fact first arrived on the techno scene after a fresh change of alias in 2022. With a meticulous ear for the old-school groove and the ultimate mission of euphoria in mind - Arta Fact takes his inspiration from sounds of 90’s  / early 00’s, blending modern techniques and elements in for a unique spin on the hard-groove genre. His sets and music creations can be considered funky, driving and uplifting, often branching between the many realms of techno. With a debut label release on Rave Your Soul this year, Arta Fact looks to build upon this with upcoming VA releases on Groovecore United and Thump Out Traxx - as well as an EP for Disintegrated.

Peachlyfe is a hydra-sonic electronic musician thats hook & seduced the Copenhagen fast-paced techno scene, claiming their seat along with the Fast Forward Agency. Peachlyfe’s productions and live sets rebelliously weave across genres, trippy melodies cut with heavy slaps while slithering whispers in your ears owing the dismantlement of the ‘cistem’. Their previous EPs “All Tits are Real, All Money is Fake, All Hail Satan”, “Swamplyfe”, and “Against All Reason” are odes to that anarchic playfulness, a marvellous feat in blending rave-rush joy and queer defiance.Their recent EP “Boī\_(ツ)_/ ̄” serves equal parts juicy techno and epic trance with that Peachlyfe trademark:The shenanigans are continuously brought to yet another level. 

This Chalkboard TT mix is a live recording from Petra’s set when we had the pleasure to host them at “sideways” earlier this year (02.09.2023). It was a treat to be able to show Petra our little city and it has been special to have stayed connected since. Enjoy this 70 minutes of uniformed hard hitting kicks from one of the driving forces in today’s techno scene!
