So excited to continue this beloved series with a sonic exploration of Laos. This episode we discover rare cuts and selections from an array of time-periods in this countries complicated timeline. I take us on an auditory time-capsule, learning the sounds of Mor Lam, Luang Prabang (traditional court music), music of the Khene flute (instrument of Laos), Vietiane and Chmapasak styles.

Thank you to all the native Laos people who helped me begin to learn and discover the sounds of this wonderful place. Also, Thank you you to Ae.
