His high-energy sets and live analog performances have captivated audiences at venues like Tresor and The Warehouse Project. With numerous aliases (Dream_E, Alfie, DJ59), his discography offers a treasure trove for music enthusiasts.

The Aquarium, a beloved dancefloor at Fandango, isn’t confined to any specific genre but rather embodies an entire colourscape and aesthetic, guided by a 115 BPM restriction. Some of the most thrilling ideas emerge from spaces of limitation, and it is here the Aquarium has found its much-celebrated groove.

The Aquarium V/A Vol. i features 15 tracks spanning the entire scope of this amphibious dancefloor. The compilation surges through a journey into the minds and waves of 17 producers, navigating an underwater sound consistent in its diversity. From the wobbling pulse of Big Leg’s Jelly Dub Luv (ft. RexL) to COLA REN’s dreamy seabed roll, the filmic nostalgia of eoin DJ’s Things In Life, and the more danceable sound of E-Talking’s Être un autre ohm, each track is a love letter to every corner of the Aquarium’s deep blue.

The selection is curated by the team behind Fandango, and will be donating all profits to the marine conservation charity Blue Ventures. The charity was chosen to contribute back to marine life without which sounds and swells of aquatic bass could not exist. Blue Ventures works with small-scale local cultures and economies to support their natural ecosystems, ensuring a fair distribution of resources.

Dream Space is a new record label based out of Leeds, UK.

An idea which was first formed some years ago and is now being brought to life in 2025.

Our first release is Transmissions Vol. I, a compilation EP featuring artists who are based in or linked to Yorkshire & past guests of the truelove. parties we have been putting on in the city over the last 7 years.

All profits from this release will be donated to MAP Charity Leeds, who since 2007 have been providing alternative education in music and arts to young people who are unable to access the mainstream school system.

Guided by yet another of La Cheetah Club’s family members, Alfie leads us through the third Outer Zone with four homage laden techno cuts, all obliquely or otherwise brushing past centre-points of styles within the genre. Having proven himself as a producer capable of making serious dancefloor cuts as @theburrellconnection, this new moniker sees the Perth native coagulate sounds usually heard during the energetic moments before the always impending end of the night. Each track stems from influences or creative bursts entirely different from the last, with the EP opening to a lovingly crafted tribute to giants and ending with something drawn from wider sources of inspiration rendered singular. ‘Plastic Entertainment’ is anything but artificial, made with the direct intention of shaking walls and eyeballs.

"After a 2 year hiatus spent masquerading as Alfie and Dream_E, The Burrell Connection moniker is rekindled on Optimo Music with a blend of breakbeat club excursions for your aural pleasure. 

We present four tracks extracted from the vaults from the past few years, "facilitated by hyperactivity and channelled by the powers of Ableton, dub delays, samplers and synthesisers by Korg, Roland and Yamaha." 

A1 & B1 written in The Zen Palace, Neukölln (2020), A2 performed and recorded live at Revolver, Oslo (2019), B2 written at The Southside Centre Of Aural Technology, Shawlands (2018)".

The Unlimited Mixx was originally recorded as a bam up for a certain tech house 'legend' who was offering to shed their 2 cents (for the fee of €35). Now subsequently #cancelled due to certain members of the scene calling them out (shout out RA for saving our scene) before the feedback could be supplied, the original mix lay feedback-less* and dormant - with the exception of a couple Hasenheide UE-BOOM excursions - until now, mastered to reel to reel and complimented with a somewhat more club friendly version on the algorithmic 'flip'.
