Achieving a characterised base by long and reverberating pads, enveloping textures, minimal percussion and psychedelic synths.

CODECAST X - Vanoni - Liminal Depth

Gula — also known as Kitska Zhenia in the movement landscape and Yevheniia Nazarenko in tech — is a multidisciplinary seeker drawn to the intersections of rhythm, flow, and emotion. Her creative journey bridges physical expression and sonic exploration, blending rhythms, identities, and spaces. 

Gula’s selection is rooted in electro, breaks, and bass-driven textures — anchoring a style that’s percussive, bold, and constantly evolving. Each track is a carefully chosen piece of a larger story, aimed to move both body and mind.

Based in Kyiv, her sound reflects the essence of integration and change, inviting everyone to embrace these processes.

R.& (pronounced “are-ampersand” or “are-and”) is a DJ and promoter based in Texas and New Mexico, and a core member of Tusks, a collective known for pushing the boundaries of underground electronic music in the Southwest. He began DJing during the COVID-19 pandemic, teaching himself the fundamentals of mixing before honing his craft alongside respected DJs in the El Paso scene. 

His dedication and evolving sound quickly earned him local recognition, leading to frequent performances and direct support slots for international acts like Fur Coat and Anthony Linell (a/k/a Abdulla Rashim) at Club Function in El Paso. 

Shaped by the deep, gritty textures of the Borderplex underground, R.& now curates sets that explore the hypnotic corners of techno, progressive house, and dub, crafting immersive and mind-bending dance floor experiences.
