Indochine est un groupe de pop rock français originaire de Paris, formé par Nicola Sirkis et Dominique Nicolas en 1981, et issu du courant new wave. Révélé par le titre L’Aventurier en 1982, le groupe connaît un grand succès dans les années 1980 avec des tubes comme Trois nuits par semaine, 3e sexe, Tes yeux noirs ou Canary Bay. Après quelques albums ayant rencontré un succès moindre et un désintérêt manifeste des médias dans les années 1990, le groupe retrouve le succès en 2002 avec la sortie de l'album Paradize dont est issu le single J'ai demandé à la lune.

Indochine est le premier groupe français à remplir le Stade de France en 2010. En 2011, il reçoit une Victoire d'honneur lors des Victoires de la musique ; avec plus de 13 millions de disques vendus, c'est le groupe français ayant vendu le plus de disques. En 2017, Indochine reçoit un prix d'honneur lors des NRJ Music Awards.

En 2022, alors que le groupe bat le record du nombre de spectateurs présents au Stade de France lors de sa tournée Central Tour (97 036 personnes), un sondage place Indochine en troisième position du classement des artistes préférés des Français.  
College Boy est une chanson du groupe de musique français Indochine. Elle figure sur leur douzième album studio Black City Parade. La chanson est écrite par Olivier Gérard et par Nicola Sirkis. Cette chanson parle de la différence, et en particulier d'un jeune garçon, dans un internat, subissant des moqueries dues à son homosexualité.
