Robert Owens is absolutely one of the voices of his generation. He has lent his tender tones to more classic tracks than you could possibly mention and he continues to do so nowadays with a wholeness generation of producer who want a touch go his authenticity. He has recently achieved another career milestone with a superbly poignant new single that comes with sublime remixes. DJ Spinna's re-flip adds his usual sense of soul and Adeen Records label head Camille then brings some South African Amapiano vibes. Nico Lahs takes it on with a heavy house groove and Scott Hess brings some classic acid jack to his version.

Next up on Tensnake's True Romance is some pure Disco heat courtesy of a collaboration between Igor Gonya & 3kelves. Based in Moscow and San Fransisco respectively, the duo step in and set it off with a blazing groove targeted directly beneath the disco ball.

'Tittman' kicks off with a broken beat that's set rolling into motion by a piano which is shadowed by a deep-set sub. What quickly follows is a masterclass in Disco sampling: expressive strings, funk licks and seductive vocals are all driven to boiling point by ripe, muscular drums.

Short, filtered breaks act to punctuate the flow but the energy never falters as a peak- time vibe is dialled in throughout. Make no mistake - this is highly spiced! And guaranteed to cause chaos.

New York's Mike Nasty is a Dj, Producer and Event Curator. Lauded as a DJ he is well versed in House, Hip-Hop, and
R&B and has the technical know-how to match a deep music knowledge built up across a decade and a half in the industry. It's a combination that has seen him play alongside everyone from DMX to Roger Sanchez.

His latest project is a full artist album Black Planet which see's him fuse deep house with Jazz overtones to great effect. The album is immediate but equally has a sound which is uniquely Mike Nasty delivering sumptuous rhythm, with warm chords, deft keys and a*s shaking bass.

Our premier from the album today is Mind Made Up which captures everything that is great about the album deep, jazzy, warm and spiritual, it's an effervescent cut which has dancefloor gold written all over it but is an absolute delight for home listening.
