WEEK THIRTY TWOOOOOO!! This week ,we played 'Too Late' by Sza (the Sza obsession was REAL and present the whole of 2023). We also played 'Gemini' by American Teeth, a super unique record with these incredible dystopian synth melodies and an insane bass, as well as Sunsleep and their record 'New Sensations' - one I am very much still obsessed with, I love the kick that comes with this records chorus.

10/02/23 The Gabriela Show Thirty-Two

On this weeks show I'd been hyperfixated on 'If I Ever' by Conor Maynard (it was non stop with my friends lol), and we of course played our honorary upcoming artists of the show, this week it was Olen with his record 'DOA' and Moonfall with their record 'What We Loved Is Gone'.

It's the INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY showwww!!! This week we've got a few cheeky records from women in stem women in music, including 'Lady Jesus' by Upsahl, and upcoming artistsRhea Raj and Laura Andallo (who slap). For some reason these recordings stopped short and abruptly, half way through playing Call Me Karisma's new record 'Hotel Sex', so RIP for that, hopefully the rest is enjoyable hehe x

We out here with Show 37!!! This week we have a few bangers from upcoming artists Paradise Circus (will be having 'Sanguinem' on replay for the foreseeable) and Life After Youth (I fear its banger after banger this week because 'Plastic' is also aboutta be a constant replay). We also played new record 'People' from Libianca which has been making moves on radio waves, and for good reason, its such a stunner!

14/04/23 The Gabriela Show Forty-One

This week on The Gabriela Show we have our usual collection of songs that have been doing the rounds in my head and a healthy plethora of upcoming artists, including Happy Neighbours who are back for round two following the release of their new single 'This Time'. The record is their signature  trill, a guitar lead that projects you straight into the summer and mumbly vocals that you find yourself lost in, we spoke about the record, its creative birth and single artwork, as well as a potential music video and the settling of the band with their new drummer. 
As always it was a pleasure to have the boys on and to explore their creative process, albeit with a few hiccups on my end lol.
