Based in Berlin since 2013, Bitteti moved to the German capital to learn music production and live the electronic music scene as intensely as possible. From raves in São Paulo to Berliner clubs, his style matches these influences in a delightful way. Organic percussions, dark hypnotic atmospheres and groovy bass lines are always part of his sets.

Next up for The Gardens of Babylon, the super smooth sounds of Gab Rhome (@gabrhome) on the ‘I’ve Made The Bed For You’ EP ably supported by Francesca Lombardo (@francesca-lombardo), Baham (@bahamcollective) and Sorä (@sora-paris).

Canadian sensation Gab Rhone has come a long way since breaking onto the scene in 2013 with a release on Guy Gerber’s Supplemental Facts label. Starting out as a DJ in his hometown, it wasn’t long before his natural ability was recognised and he quickly progressed into the big leagues, with music now signed to everyone from Lee Burridge’s All Day I Dream to Sasha’s Last Night On Earth.

Capturing those warm analogue feels with soft melody is a trademark for Gab, who unleashes more delight with opener ‘I’ve Made The Bed For You’. Groovy hats, a swinging bassline and sweet vocals make this a joy to hear from start to finish. On remix duties UK-based Francesca Lombardo deepens the groove for a late-night wig out, teasing the main motifs into a darker sound. Fellow Canadians, Baham, create a new atmosphere with their sparse, jazz-influenced take. Sombre muted trumpet and vocal word samples take this to new heights.

Moving on to their second original production, ‘Chandelier Cleaner, a disco-y bongo groove and saw-toothed bass lead the way. Vocodered vocals midway add a nice curveball for the more refined floors. Sora take a wholly different approach completely reimagining the track with tinkling arps and an air of hopefulness.

Spanish duo Jessica Saves make their return to SOL this April, following up on their mesmerising 'Weekend On Alpha Centauri' debut with a captivating second instalment.

The trip through outer limits continues with 'Escape Velocity'. Opening the release is 'Nebula', which blends soft pads, emotive keys and acid-infused synth-work to create an inimitable cosmic world that is now a signature home to the creative exploits of the Barcelona pair.

'Orbital' takes a turn from drifting to dynamism with the fusion of a dense low-end pad and an eery arpeggiator. Together, they deliver a rising tension that leaves a thirst for more in a journey not yet complete.

After ELIF’S her debut on Anjunadeep in 2019, the Istanbul producers melodic, emotive and versatile music has since been found on Stil Vor Talent, A Tribe Called Kotori and now soon to be The Gardens of Babylon.
She collaborates with Nhii, who defines his sound as borderless, powerful electronic music. Based in New York, it can be an overwhelming sound pot of influences, yet you can experience an enormous variety of cultures. This is what he takes and drives into his productions. Whilst being A&R for Sounds Of Khemit, releases have graced Kindisch and Pipe & Pochet.
Title track ‘Hawa’ begins with beautifully crafted percussion elements that really encapsulate summer. Subtle bass and edgy synths really bring the track to life. 
‘Hawa’ is such a captivating journey. B-side ‘Coup De Foudre’ comes straight in with some deep bodied kicks, elegant synths and perfectly placed percussion. Subtle arpeggio’s bring this beauty alive before breaking down in to peace and tranquillity. A slick production that effortlessly takes your breath away.
Washington DC based curator of dark and infectious groove Enamour is on remix duties. He rounds off this stunning release with deep bodied kicks, crisp percussion and some elusive eerie sounds. It’s rasping synths feature until the end, 
turning sunsets into sunrises.

ZEITREICH began as a romantic couple in their native Austria, but once Martin and Kathrin arrived in Ibiza and experienced the magic of the white isle together, they knew they had to become musical partners as well. ZEITREICH was shaped by the energy, love and creative freedom they felt during that life-changing experience. 
You can hear this in the music. The ZEITREICH of today encompasses B2B DJing and live improvisation with flute and percussion. DJing together simply wasn’t enough for their quest for freedom and fluidity - a live act was the natural progression. And who knows where the live act is going to go next? ZEITREICH is always evolving; capturing new inspiration along the way.

Look out for ZEITREICH at prestigious Ibiza venues such as Las Dalias, Alma Beach and Sunset Ashram, and on quality labels such as Luvlite Recordings. There will be more to come from the studio soon… watch this space!
