Still floating from the amazing 3-day rave at our beloved Kater Blau that felt like an overdue family reunion. 
Thank you @mira_kater for bringing everyone together again, and reminding us how important and valuable our time together is. 

I'm grateful for everyone's trust during the 6-hour journey we shared in Acid Bogen on Monday morning. Right from the beginning, you could already sense the incredible and lovable energy.  What a great way to celebrate love, friendship music and ultimately being alive.

"Returning to BM after 3 years was intense and instantly reminded me, how peculiar it is to play out in the desert. A constant trial of strength with the forces of nature. 
On Friday night my set at Mayan Warrior was scheduled. I took a quick disco nap before but fell into a deep sleep. Fortunately Chris Schwarzwälder had decided to accompany me. He woke me up and as soon as we started riding our bikes towards the playa we found ourselves in a whiteout which means no visible horizon and you can forget about finding an art car in the deep playa even with massive laser-rays that cut through dust and darkness. Thanks to Chris' navigation skills we finally came across the Mayan Warrior art car right in time 🙏🏼🥺😍 Here is what happened next…"

Playing at Mezcal Amores was an absolute dream come true. ✨
In Mitla, one hour from Oaxaca - mountains all around, an agave field straight out of a painting, with Olivia Steele’s glowing art installations and messages scattered across the landscape like guiding stars. A lineup full of artists I deeply admire. A production that left zero wishes unfulfilled. And a crowd that felt like home.
Honestly, it was a “pinch me” moment from start to finish. I’m endlessly grateful to have been part of this year’s Oaxaca Experience.
Deborah - the biggest thank you to you and your entire team of dv experiences for bringing us all together in such a magical way and making this weekend truly unforgettable.

I will remember this forever.

Curtis Newton (GrenzFrequenz // Rote Sonne // München) presents Afterhour Sounds Podcast Nr.107

In dieser Ausgabe haben wir uns den sympathischen Curtis Newton eingeladen, seines Zeichens DJ / Produzent & Veranstalter aus Leidenschaft. Alles begann 1996 in seinem kleinen Zimmer im elterlichen Haus in Mühldorf nahe der österreichischen Grenze, welches er nach und nach in ein kleines Studio verwandelte und sein Spielzeug nannten sich Synthesizer & Drumcomputer. Er hat das Handwerk also von der Pieke auf gelernt, im Fußballjargon würde man von einem klassischen Straßenfußballer sprechen. 

Wie es dann immer so ist wenn man älter wird, irgendwann wird es einem alles zu klein und man zieht hinaus in die weite Welt. In seinem Fall hieß die nächste Station München, wo er 2008 sein eigenes Label „GrenzFrequenz“ gründet und beginnt eigene Partys in den verschiedensten Locations der Stadt zu veranstalten. Mittlerweile ist er Resident im legendären Club „Rote Sonne“, in dem er auch regelmäßig selber veranstaltet. Dies führte in den letzten Jahren dazu, dass Curtis Newton derzeit in ganz Deutschland zu sehen und zu hören ist. Auch als Produzent kann Curtis mittlerweile mit Releases auf MIYAGI´s Label Rennbahn Records und dem Kölner Techno-Label Jannowitz Records bereits einige Erfolge vorweisen.  

Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle bei unserem lieben Freund Curtis für sein brillantes Set für unsere Reihe bedanken, mit dem wir euch nun maximalste Unterhaltung wünschen.

Our night on Friday ended in pure bliss.. After 11 hours inside The Gardens of Babylon we find ourselves at the second venue in the centre of Amsterdam. We seek refuge in the burlesque Club NL. Ignoring the fact that yet another Gardens is coming to an end.

We will never get used to saying goodbye. We can't get enough of the artists we just welcomed in our family. Our friends and familiar faces. We will never get enough, for love is our only addiction.

On the 7th of April we invited MAGA to end this special night. Our official kick off of the spring season. The moment we go from darkness to light. 

As we are impressed by his personality as well as his sets, we booked him twice in two months. Let him guide you through a deep, dark and yet such a magical set of tracks. And await his performance on June 17 at our first sandy escape.

Music from one of the most beautiful mornings of my life. Thank you to everyone who danced into this perfect day with me.. 
Having been going to Fusion for 10 years, this was a dream come true and I probably never was so excited and nervous before a set. Although I imagined how it hopefully would be, the moment itself exceeded my expectations and I just couldn't stop smiling. I feel very grateful that my vision of what a sunrise at Fusion can sound like resonated so well with you all.. 
Please excuse the occasional audio glitches - there was a voltage problem with the mixer which made the audio cut out at random moments. There aren't too many of those though :)
