Performing for the Maxa Deer NYE was truly magical for both of us. We could feel through the whole set the strong, united, and loving energy of the crowd. It allowed us to get in a flow that was perfect for entering this new year.

It was one of the most fun creations of the line up. Bringing back the real OG Vander, from his Dominican dominion. Nothing felt as authentic as our family reconnecting with an artist they know as family. 

The set was sexy, steamy and on point. Closing a perfect day in a perfect way.

The return of VANDER!

We are proud to call VANDER family for almost a decade now. From being part of our core team, to rising talent, to rockstar DJ closing sets at The Monastery and beyond.

When his roots called him back home to the Dominican Republic, we always knew he’d return one day, one way or another. And so he did.

On Saturday, July 19, VANDER closed the Sandstage with such sass and glory, it felt as if this super talent had never left. Once family, always family.
