This time with… Mitsuru! although he doesn’t need presentation, from the beginning he has been a great reference for me in Mixcloud for his good taste in the selection of the music, and his great talent, with great elegance in the mixes, specially in afro house and house music, converting his sessions on a real ride bordering on perfection, what do I say? simply in the perfection. So is a pleasure for me after seven years that I listen him, to can share with him and with all of you, this beautiful afro house session. Mitsuru Started DJing at Crete 64 in Sapporo from 1987. He retired at the age of 26, but resumed DJing on mixcloud in 2016.

**Welcome Home beim SUBGROUND TALK,** **unserem Podcast für die elektronische Musikszene!**

Für Folge #9 hat sich der Produzent und Live Artist Holly North mit unserem Host Moritz in Berlin getroffen. 

Holly kennt ihr vielleicht von seinen mitreißenden Live-Gigs oder seinen digital erfolgreichen Tracks mit Ohrwurm Potenzial. Gebürtig aus Greifswald und aus einer musikalischen Familie stammend, begann er schon früh mit dem Cello-Spielen. Holly fand in seiner Jugend über seine Band, und das IKUWO Anschluss in die linke Szene Greifswalds. Das Fusion Festival, Greifswalder Feten und das Berliner Nachtleben brachten ihn dann zur elektronischen Musik, die ihn schnell begeisterte. Mittlerweile produziert er seit der 11. Klasse selbst Musik und versucht mehrere Stunden täglich darin zu investieren.

Nach seinem Abitur zog es Holly zum Politikstudium nach Berlin und später nach New York, immer begleitet von seiner Leidenschaft für Musikproduktion. In 2016 lud er zum ersten Mal seine Tracks öffentlich auf SoundCloud hoch und seit 2021 released er regelmäßig Alben und EPs. Besonders liebt er es, live aufzutreten und seine Songs immer wieder neu zu interpretieren und zu vermischen.

Unser Host - Moritz König - und (3000GRAD-Verantwortlicher) Molle aka Mollono.Bass gründeten die Plattform 2020 als Support für die vom Corona Lockdown gezeichnete Szene, sodass sich diverse Clubs und Kollektive Online darstellen und Spenden sammeln konnten. Mittlerweile steht SUBGROUND unter anderem hinter verschiedenen Veranstaltungsreihen wie Klangwald und Rave Cage und arbeitet eng aber unabhängig mit 3000GRAD zusammen.
