What shall we say... we love her. We love the passion in her body, when she's behind our decks, we love the fire in her eyes, we love her cheerful personality and the feeling we have when she's around us. She became one of our favourite artists so much time ago and she still is.

Find yourself in a set that is playful just as she is which we have recorded at our latest Wild As The Moon in Amsterdam. Oh, what a night... and what an amazing vibe on the dancefloor.

Here is the recording of the set that I played at @thegardensofbabylon at ADE. I had the honour to open the floor downstairs where immediately some of my favourite Gardens of Babylon family members joined the dance and stayed until the end of my set. So grateful to have been a part of this event. There were some technical failures right at the start with a broken filter knob on the mixer but once I changed CDJs I found my flow and before I knew @nourpalestina showed up to take over. I danced a lot to her set and later my favourite Max Morel and closed with Geju. The vibes was so intimate and I had one of the best dances of my life. Thank you The Gardens of Babylon and ADE for having me!! <3

German duo Monkey Safari make a rare step away from their own Hommage label for a stunning debut on Get Physical Music.

For the best part of the last decade now, Lars Rühlemann and Sven Fröhlich aka Monkey Safari have been serving up a quirky and curious take on house music that has brought real character to the dance floor. They have put out three absorbing full lengths as well as almost thirty EPs, and have made their Hommage label a vital one in the process. Here they open their debut with the excellent ‘Mantra,’ a propulsive house track with humid, jungle-like atmospheres, woodblock hits and elastic bass that really builds the pressure. It’s a warm and absorbing affair brimming with charm. 

Today's premiere, the hypnotic ‘Tollo’, then establishes another enchanting groove, this time with spoken word vocals intoxicating you further as the rubbery drums and soft, fat hits get you deeper into the groove.

This is perfect late night dance music for intimate parties and escapist

The First Days of a Decade - Gorje Hewek & Izhevski

Ferias is surrounded by music-heads. We work in the industry, go dancing too often, spend Sunday mornings in record stores, and fill our messaging threads with the latest jams. Our extended circle shares the same incessant need for musical consumption as we do - It’s rare you’ll find silence around the Ferias duo, for better or worse.

We want to use the platform to display the musical genius of our crew, both on and off the decks, and are ecstatic to present the Ferias mix series in an effort to do just that. Expect new music every couple of weeks, from those who are directly responsible for giving Ferias its distinct sonic flavor.
