Filipino phenom, JEJ, began singing at an extremely young age, and while OPM (original Phillipine music) was a staple in his childhood, he quickly realized his voice was forged to sing songs that could be the fiery love children of Luther Vandross and Whitney Houston. While Jej didn’t immigrate to the US until halfway through high school in 2011, his artistry was already aligned with the soulful saturation of American R&B heritage. Since his arrival, JEJ has had the honor of sharing his voice with a wide variety of audiences, sporting an impressive performance resume that spans from the BMI Pop Awards to the White House. JEJ is currently finishing his education at the prestigious USC Thornton School of Music, and plans to continue to cultivate his talents as a Vocalist, Songwriter, Arranger, and Composer when he graduates in 2019.
