“DemBones” is the artist name for myself, Demian Boas, my eponymous originals band and songs (performed and recorded along with the fantastic musicians in the DemBones band) A blend of raw, yet impeccably crafted songs, steeped in a heady mix of California sunshine and London-edge ~ rootsy, rock & ska influenced tunes made for y’all..

Rosie Vanier is a dark-pop musician, vocalist and producer based in Cornwall. She has worked with artists as varied as Cyndi Lauper, Pete Wentz, Benny Blanco and Marcella Detroit.

"Born in a barn? No. Born in field. Am I Bovvered?"

    Well known on the British Festival Circuit as "notorious party animals" and with various British Hollywood heart-throbs being spotted partying with them 'til the early hours of the morning, The Mad Cows can only be described as the Finest Funk in the field. Pumping out a melodic mix of postmodern bovine smut funk and melodic mayhem, The Mad Cows combine audience participation and infectious grooves that will leave you asking yourself " Am I Bovvered?", "It's just 'cos I'm LAZY?" and "Hit Me Baby, One More Time".

    In April 2009 they performed at an Exclusive Art Auction of the work of artist Kurt Jackson in support of WaterAid held at The Guardian News Room Kings Place, London. Kurt is the artist in residence at Glastonbury Festival from the 27th of June to the 29th to produce work that in the long run will be to raise funds for Wateraid.

    As a result of this they were invited to perform an exclusive gig at the Greenpeace Stage at Backstage Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury Festival 2009 with a festival opening speech from Michael Eavis himself followed by The Mad Cows and other guests.

    In December 2007 The Mad Cows performed an amazing live BBC Radio 2 session with the reknowned British composer Charles Hazelwood who played keyboards on some their well known tracks such as "Healing Field Nazis" and "Lazy" and recording a few BBC Radio 2 for Charles's Show.
