Can you hear me? Can you hear me now? In today’s episode, we are talking about listening, specifically the power of mindful listening as it relates to teaching and relationships. As with most ideas we discuss, this came about because as a couple we were struggling with hearing and listening to each other. While it may have something to do with our physical hearing, we tend to think it has more to do with our connection energetically and how mindful we are of our speaking and listening skills. The good news is with a little intention, mindfulness, and hard work, you can improve your listening and change your relationships in and out of the classroom.
