Emerging from the subconscious, this track explores the unsettling feeling of being haunted by yourself and wrestling with inner ghosts; what it means to face the parts of yourself usually kept in the dark and being forced to confront the shadows within.

We are incredibly honoured to release a new song today. Be Still. A tribute to finding peace and healing in stillness. It has taken us a while to bring this song out into the world. A very vulnerable and tender time for both of us. This song captures the essence of healing after our motorbike accident January 2024. The delicate dance between stillness, surrender, compassion towards oneself, frustration, power, change and relief. A gentle softness, yet at the same time raw and powerful.
