Mega fifth installment for GOBCAST - Camilla Rae got started DJing as a late night host of a local radio station in her hometown of Salt Lake City, Utah. After moving to Berlin for the nightlife and music Camilla started DJing under the pseudonym DJ Chamomile with the collective Sunday Club that hosted day time parties, on you guessed it, Sundays. 

Sick of playing it safe, as she has all year, Camilla Rae gets down and dirty with this mix. Enjoy some sexy squelches, sultry beats, and seductive breaks, all the ingredients needed for a Slut Soup.

"This mix was one of those "I feel like DJing by myself right now on this Saturday afternoon" kinda situations - which is today spontaneous and freewheeling without much of a plan other than what I wanted to hear in the moment. I try and record basically any time I DJ so 1) I can listen back and get to know my music better, 2) think about ways I can improve and, 3) I have the lightning captured in a bottle if any sparks do indeed fly. Stylewise, I would say the magic word for this mix is "momentum". Some tracks are a little housier, some are more locked to the techno grid, but I think they all propel you through time to the next beat (and the next, and the next). Hope you enjoy!"

We are at number 010 with Manchester's own @lukedaniels-dj. One of our favourite people and techno selector. He's a mean machine with his track selection and knows how to roll them out.

"The majority of my record collection consists of mostly high octane, beat heavy music. This is partly due to being hard of hearing, so I can pick up on the sounds in energetic music a lot easier. Mostly though it's because whenever I'm on the dance floor, the powerful tracks are the ones that make me feel the greatest connection with the music and with others around me when dancing. In this mix I try to capture that moment of when a set is pure adrenaline for the room. I always keep in mind that I usually have only a couple of hours to make an impact with my track choices, so I like to keep my sets - this mix included - straight up bangers throughout!"

Malandrø is a techno DJ based in Berlin. He started doing music at the age of 14, but his passion for electronic music and techno started in 2016 after moving to Berlin. He has been DJing since then. In addition, he is currently studying sound engineering and creative audio production. Malandrø is also a co-founder of the techno collective "State Of Emergency" in Berlin, where they run a series of podcasts and events with a strong emphasis on the groovy yet hypnotic and driving side of techno.

One to watch, Irish born Sparkling Water Dreams brings techno to the table for the first Gobcast mix as part of the Gardens collective.

"Nightlife and entertainment has always been a huge passion and from a young age, sneaking into clubs from about the age of 15 and being exposed to numerous musical cultures, famous dance-floors, nights and institutions. Also for a number of years undertook stage performance and production with collective, which had a number of event residencies up and down the U.K. creating imaginative stage shows; such as fire-breathing. He now brings all his dance-floor insight to his sets "
