A drained George Washington rises after a sweat and blood soaked battle
He grabs a quivering root of the mother and delivers the final blow to put the tree into her rain soaked coffin for good.
He grabs the thick limb of the mother and puts it on his back and walks down the hill to the village. The men celebrate in joy and peace as the mother has been defeated underneath the moonlight. The men look at George and ask him what his strategy was. He looked right back and smiled with wooden teeth he pulls a piece of forbidden cherry from his pocket and puts it in his mouth and chomps slowly . Throws the limb of the mother from his back to the concrete below takes a deep breath and spits in the face of the mother one last time before he kneels down and gives the mother the sweaty cherries of victory. Legend says that whoever pulls Georgie's pearly whites from the mother will gain the fruits of knowledge but no one has done so in all of its existence. The whereabouts of the mothers limb are forever unknown. That my friend is the great battle of Georgie and the trees!

Modes About Me is a genre-defying trio from Niagara Falls, New York, known for blending alternative rock, pop, hip hop, and acoustic elements into a cohesive, emotionally charged sound.

The project began as a solo creative outlet for Mark, who started writing and producing music that didn’t fit neatly into one category. What started as a personal side project soon grew into something bigger when he recruited his childhood friends, Dave and Miller, both long-time musicians who shared his passion for experimentation and emotional honesty.

Together, the trio shaped a sound that thrives on contrast — heavy yet melodic, structured yet fluid, vulnerable yet powerful. Their music draws inspiration from the energy of Niagara Falls and the emotions of modern life, exploring themes of self-discovery, mental health, love, and resilience.

Modes About Me’s songs shift naturally between genres — from guitar-driven rock and soulful acoustic moments to rhythm-infused hip hop textures — while always staying true to their core identity. With every release, the band continues to push the boundaries of what alternative music can be, carving a distinct sound that’s deeply human and refreshingly original.
