Third track of the collection Mimicked Notions, quiet ambient music, based on some live recorded improvisations. 

This track first appeared on the We Are All Ghosts 2023 "All Is Bright" various artists compilation. Follow the 'buy' link to get this great collection of wintry ambient, meant to listen to while enjoying some good reads (in the spirit of the great Icelandic Jolabokaflod tradition). It's a new year and can be a fresh start! Even when the fight seems pointless, there is always a way out. Happy New Year to all of you! I pray it brings new beginnings. 
**For those who are interested, Uisge-beatha is the Gaelic word for whiskey. It directly translates into "Water of Life" or "Life Water".

Life Water

I was lucky enough to visit California late December/early January and part of trip included a visit to Alcatraz Island. After visiting have had the heebie-jeebies ever since (this track will not help that ha!). I wanted to create a track that reflected what it is like for a person being trapped inside prison slowly losing their mind. This track is created predominantly from sound effects which is a first for me as is the style of music as my music generally seems to normally be more calm in nature! Hope you enjoy my short track experiment,  the full Alcatraz experience!
