Born and raised on the outskirts of Cape Town, Faf & Foos began their cosmic journey in the deserts of Tankwa. From here, their sound waves have curated electrifying dance floors. Funky, soulful and undeniably smooth, they’re a seamless infusion of dark disco, Italo, house, and indie dance.

I am a full time family man and music enthusiast; as well as a sometimes DJ.

My main interests lie in dub, ambient, downtempo, electro-acoustic, psychedelic chill, IDM, sacred bass, experimental, electro-folk, modern classical and glitch. 

I find inspiration from life – the serenity of an empty field as the sun rises, the lure and promise of the open road, waves lapping lazily against a sandy beach, back yard bbq’s, urban landscapes – and attempt to weave all that, and more, into my sets.  

I can be seen and heard playing at the odd venue or party around town, and have been a regular on the chill stage at Rainbow Serpent Festival since 2006.
