Celebrating my 100 follower milestone (for the 3rd time in my life (fuck the soundcloud 180 minute limit)) with a cover of Murderers on Action, specifically the original version meant to mimic the entirety of Slaughter in the Spotlight with zero deviation.

It's been something I've wanted to do ever since I first heard V1 of MoA and yet I could never do it right, with how dog-shit my past SitS recreations were. But, now that I finally managed to nail a 98% accurate recreation, I decided to take the chance. The wait is over, DT!DUSTBELIEF veterans, it's time to get your yearly crumb of food!

And I wanted a track that could raise a few eyebrows, so why not?

Had another weird dream last night

For some reason...I had a dream to where some guy on youtube made a 30 minute - hour long video drama essay about CynicalAxiom. And somewhere in the vid, there was a whole edited section dedicated to this track that he personally liked from his Apathesia library. it was an altered version of Apathesia - After - Intro but extended to be like...7-8:00 miuntes long. This is the only part that I remembered clearly enough to recreate.

i return with an upbeat rock-jazz hybrid with inspiration from Shaun Martin, Fievel is Glauque, Daniel Pemberton (Orb of Dreamers) and of course undertale :)

its been a while, i post more on @meddumps nowadays if you want to keep updated but i just thought it'd be cool to dump a little on this description of my thoughts relating to this song. this was meant to be for the undertale anniversary but it took longer than expected, combining like 3 FLPs together just because of how hard it was crashing lol, but its here! 

i wanted to capture the energy of the past, a feeling of not just looking at the things you grew up with, but the things you went through. a reminder that you're still here, you still have yourself and always yourself. 

as time goes on, through your passions can i hope you find the value within yourself that you're looking for, and that you can look back at your past, not with a frown, but with a smile of resilience.
