I like this work, too. For my ears, this one and the one before are easier to listen to than other previous work I know from you. The calmness is comforting, and the harmony is very pleasant.

Beautiful work honoring Tolstoy. It must have been exciting when you realized you could do this and it opened up so many possibilities.

Wonderful strings and brass! Great progression! I'm especially fond of the part around the 2-3 minute mark, it just works so well!

I love it. It's smooth and melodic. Classical sound that just flows through my mind like a spaceship through the stars.

Sometimes, she feels lonely. She may not feel that nobody cares. She knows I do. But she feels that nobody understands, not even me. That she has to make it on her own. That nobody can help her. That it's too much really.

This song is to tell her that I am here, here for her. To tell her that I can maybe not understand, but I can try. That she can speak about her anxiety. And if I don’t manage to understand, I will still always support her, in any case and against everyone. She should not be afraid. I will not leave her alone, and certainly not when she feels deep in blue. I will always make her smile again. This also reminds me that I am never alone myself. That, like memories, difficulties should be shared. That my beloved one will not leave me alone, and certainly not when I need her by my sides. And that she will also make me smile.

"By the second listen, this song had me crying. The history of Arras comes through with the sounds of shooting from the very beginning, and you captured the sadness of war in it very well, as the dawn rises over the battlefield and the bodies are visible. The gunning gently morphs into the sound of trains. The sense of extended time and space with this war and its aftermath and effects is really effective. The song is beautiful and deeply moving, with layers of emotion affecting on a subconscious level. Bravo!"
