Prominent sound slooth @sortof-vague joins the mix series this month with a high-energy set worthy of this year's overdue festival season. Each of these tunes represents a different time period, specifically different shows that he's played over the past 4 years. Sometimes referencing the past is the best way to move into the future and we commend him for reminding us that it's ok to play tunes that are more than 2 weeks old. The Paplin and I were in charge of curating a magical ChodePay takeover to kickoff FractalFest 2023 on Thursday night. For this set, I tried to play a little taste of all the sounds that would be heard during the weekend, so I started off with some vibey psybass and ramped it up around 25m into psytrance to get everyone amped for what lied ahead! This was absolutely one of my favorite live set experiences to date. The energy was immaculate!
