Focus:  The angels have a great love and honoring of humanity. They love and they honor you, and so they wish to simply share with you an experience in your process of becoming more conscious, more aware.

Key Teaching: Simply by basking in the presence of the angels, they are touching you at a very deep level. That's the level of your DNA creating the potential of change within your very DNA structure.

Strengthen the Connection to Your Superconsciousness • Meditation

We invite you to ask your Inner Child to come to you, at whatever age they may be. You are guided to offer your love and understanding to your little one in order to dissolve a pattern or limitation that they may have picked up. Alcazar talks about the importance of nurturing your Inner Child and their connection to Spirit.

Focus:
Calling for the presence of your Inner Child and showering them with love and understanding in order to resolve past limitations.

Key Teachings:
The Inner Child is very connected to Spirit. And as they grew older, they became more and more shut down. But as you integrate that little one back into your energy field, your connection to Spirit grows.

When you come together with your Inner Child again, when they can relax and allow your love and understanding, that limiting pattern dissolves within them and their energy merges back into yours.

Tunnel of Light • Meditation

We suggest that you do this several times a day in the beginning, taking a few moments to reconnect to these three energies, the energies within your physical body, your energy field, your Superconscious field of the real you around the body and the energies in your heart center: the energies of love, the energies of compassion and the energies of deep gratitude.

Focus: Focus your awareness on your heart center and think about someone or something that you feel grateful for. Think about that situation and see if you can feel grateful, not just thinking but feeling. This is a great import, for it opens you to receive from the Quantum Field in many different ways.

Intro to 5 Minute Superconscious Meditation • Meditation • New Year, New Dawn

As you relax in the 12th dimensional energy field of your Stargate, just simply relax into that energy and bring your awareness to the vibration of the energy within your body, just feeling it vibrating in the body. Visualize a sphere of energy around your body, the sphere of your Superconscious Self,  the real you wanting to support your humanness, wanting to assist you on your journey of awakening. 

Focus: Feel your Superconscious Self energizing your human body, wanting to support your humanness, wanting to assist you on your journey of awakening. 

Key Teaching: Bring your awareness to your heart center. Imagine as if you are looking with your inner eyes at the very center, and as you do so, feel the vibration of love in your heart. Feel the energy of compassion in your heart. Feel the energy of deep gratitude in your heart, your heart vibrating with love, compassion and deep gratitude. Feel the energies of the vibration in your body, your Superconscious sphere of energy around your body and the energy in your heart, feel them all together vibrating as one. Feel the three energies vibrating together as one.
