4 months ago I was diagnosed with Panic Disorder and Gastritis. I tried without medication for awhile but it too much. I was averaging 3-4 massive hour long panic attacks a day and was basically disabled until I started taking Anti-Anxiety/Depression meds. Had to go through a few different kinds of medication until we found one that worked. 

This album is 4 months in the making and was mostly written while I was laying in bed unable to do much else. Comes from experience with my mental issues and "experimental" phase with the different kind of drugs that fucked me up along the ride.
