This is just before the UKGarage scene took off and this sound led up to that.
After the Rave Hardcore scene was calming  and branching off into diffirent genres like Jungle, Techno Trance and a UK style of House and Garage which then morphed in to full underground UK Garage scene around 1996. There are some real gems on this mix....ENJOY !
