In pursuit of making DJing more than DJing but also .. less .. than DJing ... recorded this live in Traktor, Jan 2023.   This one is dedicated to Señor Swett ... man of many tropical off-kilter rhythms .. lover of sparse beautiful things ... of soundscapes ... and complex, less easily appreciated art. Returning to an older style of mixing for me here ... looking to showcase each song, preserving good intros and endings where possible, allowing energy to breathe and flow and keeping mixing to a minimum ... not trying to do things seamlessly or stitch things together too much. Thank you to Anthony Weiss and Brent Weiss (Cloud People) for having me play a FVTVRE ecstatic bass dance set for your incredible event last night.

Thank you also to Glo for her care and compassion for this beautiful growing community. 

It was amazing to be able to play the full range of my music, with two full waves of tempo, guiding people through the diffusion of cultural barriers into a harmonic tapestry of movement medicine.

Our friend told me that he couldn’t tell my roots through the music I play, and ironically I don’t feel like I am attached to my past roots, but that I am a culmination of all cultures, all realities, and all fvtvres.

My entire goal with music has always been to bring together dance music from all over the world, with skilled mixing and effects that help dissolve cultural boundaries and genres. To create harmony and open minds through music. 

I believe that humanity is on a pathway of healing. My path is through music, through movement, and through community. Here to guide, here to support, and here to be of service.

Well, my original recording of my Shambhala set was completely distorted as well my set was cut short due to some technical issues.  A month later, here is a one-shot live recording I finally did in my home in Sayulita, Mexico. There are some audio spikes and a few mistakes but I need to upload this or I'll never re-record it.  Giant shout out to Lisa Real for the use of her studio and all the love & support this past summer and mad respect for Rough Child, I really enjoyed making a mash-up of his "Woodgrippin" track. This is my set recorded live from the legendary Michepalooza Party 2018 in Squaw Valley!  Huge shout out to Rambo Party Productions and Mich for hosting and being born! My set is made up of a lot of high energy tracks I had been saving for the right occasion as well as a bunch of bootleg hip hop mashups I made over the summer.
