Now, you hear a Radio DJ; redirecting us to Homo-Sappiens. But in this unfinished composition, Homo-Sappiens couldn't talk in the rest of the song. Maybe he talks in the future, we don't know that yet.

We recorded those percussive sounds in a playground. We were hitting to the pipes with a key and a spoon. One of us was holding the mics in his hands to give them the positions.

On this part of the composition, we improvised on a synthesizer, on an effect processor and we produced some feedbacks with a cable.

This rythmic constructions are  the sounds of a train and the railways. We had to wait the trains to pass betweeen our microphones for a long time. And unfortunately, we missed a few trains. They were not in the same railway which we set our mics to record. Bad luck.

 "Only a few weeks before the late great John Peel died, he honored Lali Puna by inviting them for a Peel Seesion. It was recorded in BBC's studio 4 in London on sept 30th 2004. The band performed ''6-0-3" , "Small Things" , as well as the exclusive song "Past Machine" and "Nin-Com-Pop"

February 28th 2014 EFTERKLANG performed a unique concert together with SOUTH DENMARK PHILHARMONIC, SOUTH DENMARK GIRLS CHOIR, HANS EK (conductor) and a string of special guests.

They announced it as The Last Concert, but Efterklang are indeed still around. They have started a new band with Tatu Rönkkö, they are co-founders of The Lake radio and next year they will perform, as Efterklang, in an opera project that they are co-composing.

THE LAST CONCERT was meant as a farewell to the old Efterklang. A celebration of 10 years of albums and adventures. Hear it in its entirety via The Lake.

terrorizing fact that we do not know who we are, or where we are going in
this ocean of chaos, it has been the authorities, the political, the
religious, the educational authorities who attempted to comfort us by

    Think for Yourself has been built in our minds a few years ago (2008). It took a long time to settle up the details for the project because we had to try our minds in a different, very rarely seen way. 

    In the past years, we developed our 'digital minds' as the world goes through. We always designed, dreamed, thought the ideas for the project and when we felt that it's ready to perform the minds we just fired the flow to go within. 

    Think for Yourself has its name from a monologue of Timothy Leary (American Psychologist). Actually it's been heard from Maynard James Keenan (Tool/A Perfect Circle/Puscifer). The main light of the monologue is not to think about the system! It's about thinking of yourself!

    In January/2011, Think for Yourself got the name and found band-like form to perform the songs. Think for Yourself is a band-like form because it's been designed to have different session members in time. 

    Now, Think for Yourself project forces the art systems especially music (industry of art, form of music, composition of art). Most of Think for Yourself art will come out of our minds in time. 

    Be aware of digital age!
