Wow, 10 Litterboxes deep and we are still going strong! 

Through the previous 9 compilations we have been able to bring 131 new, spicy tracks directly to your ears. That’s a crazy number! One thing we really love about the Litterbox compilation is bringing so many artists with different followings all into one place, sharing their audiences with each other and helping to grow and expand their fan bases. Cause at the end of the day we’re all one, and we love to see each other succeed!

This Litterbox is no different to the last, except for some talented new faces bringing the fresh heat. We have BOC favourites like Pass The 40 making a comeback, Cave Studio making their first appearance on the label, as well as Ratman & Bobbin who have been on our radar for some time. This is really just the surface of what Litterbox X has to offer, and you really need to dive deep in to get the full experience. 

The Litterbox has always been a baby of ours that we cherish and hold close. Some of our biggest and most memorable tracks come from these packs, so do yourself a favour and don’t push skip ;)

New label manager Mike McFly makes his contribution to the 2022 catalog by releasing two fresh collaborations with friends of the label. 

Working together with 96 Vibe, who's first EP 'Veneno' released on our in February, and newcomer Govan Jones, Mike put together a tight package with two quirky, fun tracks. 'Zoom' features the influence of perc meister Mr. 96 and should be a good off-beat addition to most Tribal and/or Tech House sets.

Whilst 'Hook That Line', which features production and vocals by Columbus-based DJ and Producer Govan Jones, should please our American and Brazilian friends with its funky bassline and West Coast House kind-of-vibe.

This track has been in the pipeline for a while, and we are super stoked to be finally releasing it. 'Got Me In The Club' is a clear-cut, no-nonsense, true House Of Hustle record. A tough beat and bass combo, cool vocals and quirky, fun ideas keep rolling throughout the song.

ZIOS flipped the track and injected a healthy dose of groove into the mix, and we loved it from the first time we heard it. All in all, a ten outta ten package for us (insert raunchy joke here). We sincerely hope you feel the same way!

27, cute, fun, smart and one hell of a cook. No this is not his tinder profile, this is our personal opinion on our next guest on BOC! Panty dropper Fritz Carlton has sent us some serious heat to keep your summer going as the seasons start to change. 

When Fritz is not stuck behind the screen of some crazy MMO or watching some psychedelic anime he is spending countless hours writing some of the most unique house records around. 

Get Up (Everybody) is an absolute chugger through and through with pitch bent bass and super jackin’ drums. On the other hand, 8-Bit Dreams as described by the man himself is a “feeling of floating through an analog space, high in the clouds”. Don’t be fooled though as this is a real after-party jam, the kind of record that gives you that second wind just as you contemplate heading home. Just when you thought this EP couldn’t be any stronger Fritz and Buried Rainforest team up to give you a ‘Slammin’ b-side.

Ekoboy on the remix for 8-Bit Dreams brings some of that peak-time madness. Who is Ekoboy you say?…. Watch this space ;)

Fritz Carlton - Get Up (Everybody) (BOC075)

Colin Thomas returns to Chub Rub following recent releases on OKNF, OFDM, and House of Hustle. His EP, "I'm A DJ Now," exorcises his talents and showcases his penchant for low slung grooves and love for the old school.

The A-side, "Let's Go Make a Movie," is a fast paced bumper centered around a simple bass pattern, catchy vocal chops, and energetic percussion. On the B-side, Thomas wows with "Werk N Jerk": a track that grinds and proceeds to wind up with increasing tension over the course of 5 minutes.
