I've created a new sound healing template!  This one is specifically for insomnia.  We're going on a venture of entrainment. 

It's designed for my sound table in my home which is a whole different way to experience this!  But quality headphones or in a comfortable, equidistant space from good speakers also works well.

From beginning through 27 minutes the brain wave frequencies progress from Delta to Theta, and then later back to Delta. Therefore, the first 27 minutes can be useful for meditation, and then straight to sleep after :) There are frequencies aligned with natural melatonin production, relaxation and general wellness as well.
