Beatlove is an electronic and experimental music duo, formed in 2009 by producer Benjamín Jiménez and singer Myriam Fernández. Their music like their name means an explosion of love and music. Since they started, they have shared several releases through net labels, obtaining good critics in the internet by specialized sites.

The great work of this band in recent years has resulted Interference, an album made with a personal music and character that immerses you in a deep journey of dreamy, intimate melodies, sound textures and exciting and processed vocals.

On It, BeatLove defines perfectly the essence of his musical style with that mixture of love and music and they inaugurate this new section of our catalog dedicated to special electronic music albums.

Avocet is a musical trio from Scotland. Drawing inspiration from both the psychedelic folk scene alive in Britain during the 1960's and 70's, and free form blues, they create their own compositions on harp, guitar, double bass and vocals. They have recently been signed to Dutch/Scottish record label Mink Records, have performed on BBC Scotland and received a Danny Kyle award at Celtic Connections 2017. After spending time recording at the Abbey Road Institute in Amsterdam over the summer, new material is expected late 2017.

A trip to Andromeda is a piece of work that reflects my love for astrophysics and my amazement for the outer space. There is a big world in each one of us and, at the same time, we are nothing compared to the immensity of the universe. This work is the result of a whole summer finding different sounds and trying synths out. It is my very first piece so far, but it is also the beginning of many more compositions and experiments. The structure was made to portray a hypothetical sci-fi short story that takes place in the outer space: dark matter, asteroids, planets dancing around different stars... facing all the dangers to get to Andromeda and return Back Home safely.

Born in Spain, I started my first experiments with music when I was about 12: writing some horrible out-of-tempo raps and teaching myself how to record them on the computer. Years later, I became more interested in melodies, got a guitar as a present and started to take singing lessons. I learnt how to play music and it’s something I haven’t been able to give up just yet, so I’ve been playing around as a hobby until today.
