Hey, my name is Wes Mitchell. I write electronic/computer music using the GarageBand program on my MacBook Pro. My songs are all original. I use no loops. What you hear is me programming and/or playing every note on every instrument...which can be time-consuming. Generally, a song takes between 8 and 12 hours to complete, but that can vary. My musical background is as follows: I've been playing the drums for more than 8 years. I was inititally self-taught, joining the band program in high school. I have experience on the drumset, concert snare, marching snare, marimba, and the piano in varying degrees. I've also studied music theory and can read sheet music (though my sight-reading skills leave something to be desired). Listen to my music and tell me what you think!
