Challenges of our time

A good feedback is not necessarily an advice. Advice is something, that has worked for me in the past, and I think it is also good for you now. Much more interesting is to share how I feel while I am listening to you and to be an alive response to it. 
That brings us much more into the immediacy of the moment and reveals a lot of subtle information to us and to life. Sharing the presence and the space between us is what transforms the energy.

Toning Short Rehearsal

In spiritual teachings we always have an overlap of developmental stages and higher stages. People who are interested in studying mystical teachings come usually as partly integrated and partly unintegrated grown up persons. The unintegrated parts will constantly interfere with the teaching itself. A growing up is necessary and a waking up. We need both. In the regressive dynamics all kind of stuff, of traumatisation happens. If people are grown up many of the pathologies which are happening in spiritual fields could not happen. Thomas Hübl: 'If we work in a difficult environment with people who are in a lot of pain, there is a whole inner science that we can learn about how to keep our energy charged in a way that does not deplete our system. Fluid relational openness - Thomas Hübl

We can use transparent communication for shadow integration, but we can also use it to have constant practice in staying present in our everyday life. There is space or emptiness and there is information. A high level of presence means that you are not fully collapsed into a personality. We are penetrating and embracing the information at the same time. The more present you are, the higher levels of information you will access.
