In his formative years, the artist responsible for 30drop discovered new synthetic and electronic sounds that would later influence his work. From the year 1996, his activity as a DJ powered his link with music, focused on Detroit Techno and Techno sounds that held the transgressive references of Birmingham, UK. These impressions saw 30drop magnetise toward an industrial, experimental, noise-based sound, particularly in the mid-2000s. After a creative pause, 2014 brought his new project, ‘30drop’, at this time his label 30D Records of which he is the Manager and joint  A&R with Angel Molina, was also born.

Dj Zé Mig L has probably been one of the most active and internationally known Portuguese techno producers during the last 20 years, who’s underground activities have been carrying his country’s name throughout all the corners of the world with releases in major labels as Kombination Research, Djax Up Beats, Naked Lunch, Riot Recordings, UKR Recordings, Kobayachi to name a few... 

Although known to many mainly by his countless productions, but it is as a DJ that his name and skills speak louder. He spins a very own blend of hard, straight, minimal (not the wimpy stuff), tribal, chicago, booty, wonky techno with a unique groove, with a very peculiar and personal style. The main essence behind his sets is funkness, bringing an unexplainable mood to his audience, whether it's with the strong and faster side, or with the funky "get yo rump' on tha dance floor" needed for everyone to give their body shakin'. With his unique take on Djing he gives birth to a full-on experience based on creating a travel through different sounds and shades of techno, yet seamlessly blending different styles like the getho with the minimal and the tribal, making it altogether an intensive experience by nature ("3 decker" alert). He could briefly be described as a very creative and improvising DJ who makes the essence of his sets come straight out of his heart (And what a twisted one!), having a very unique characteristic style of top quality mixing with considerable high speed (see the resemblance between him and the russian MIG plane?), but mainly its just jolly good fun checking the huge amount records he's able to pile after spinning a "simple" 1h set!!

Orlando Solis aka Submerge is an American electronic music producer and DJ from Chicago, and son of successful musician Jose Luis Napoleon Solis. Orlando Solis is known for running the label, Impact Mechanics, and for his releases in imprints such as Mote Evolver, Ilegal Alien, Kombination Research, Naked Lunch, Codeworks Records, Nachtstrom Schallplatten, to name a few.

His countless successful releases landed him gigs in some of the world’s most renowned clubs and festivals namely Berlin’s Berghain, Spain’s Fabrik, Vienna’s Camera Club, Nature One and Def-Con 1 festival. After successfully touring Europe several times since 20, he has been in constant demand ever since. Submerge’s technical knowledge has landed him also an endorsement by the respectable company Allen and Heath and his knowledge of IT has also granted him the possibility of being part of the prestigious School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Orlando also performs live under the alias Impact Mechanics.

Our sixth guest is no other than Brooklyn´s favourite, Alexi Delano. For this one Alexi Delano recorded, especially for us, his set from his last live performance at the Teleport to Space event in Stockholm last September.

Alexi Delano dwells in the perfect balance between shiny minimalism and dark vivacious techno. With more than two decades on stage, he has been able to combine different roots and facets of the contemporary music scale. Born in Chile, raised in Sweden and later adopted by New York, Alexi became part of the Swedish wave of electronic music producers of the mid-’90s, alongside fellow Swedes such as Adam Beyer, Cari Lekebusch, Jesper Dahlback and Joel Mull. 

Moving from Scandinavia to New York influenced him to combine the heavy compressed Swedish sound with the vibrancy of the creative music scene of Brooklyn. Throughout his time in the music industry, Alexi has been nominated for The Swedish Music Award “Pr3 Guld” an alternative to Swedish Grammy, produced six albums and released countless amount of records on established labels such as the historic SVEK imprint, Drumcode, Plus 8, Minus, Visionquest, Spectral Sound, Hybrid Productions, Get Physical and many more. 

With a production and DJ style swaying between house and techno, he is consistently able to re-invent himself with each new release. Now in 2020, Alexi finds himself between New York, Barcelona and Stockholm finalizing a string of projects including a new solo album, a second collaboration compilation; ‘The Art Of Collaboration 2.0’. Recently he re-launched his record label AD Limited with a brand new release “ We Are All Connected EP” in collaboration with the Brazilian Techno Maestro, Click Box. . In the end it´s all in a day’s work for Mr Delano. He‘s a man who seems to be made of music.
