A true Glasgow favourite best known as a resident DJ at infamous Glasgow party starters Lunacy, Bash Man has also gained notoriety through his esteemed club night, Rush, which operates monthly out of our favourite basement club, La Cheetah.

Sit tight as we are taken on a journey through mutant electronics into the depths of some seriously dark disco.

For the third episode of their show Unravel, James Lotion has invited the Berlin based queer music nerd Golden Medusa for a digital B2B. 

On the contrary to a classic B2B this one was recorded from their homes in Copenhagen and Berlin over a period of two weeks of sharing emails. One by one they recorded a part of the mix, each time responding to the previous recording. 

The result is a moody, chuggy adventure featuring downtempo moments, erratic breaks, emotional melodies and experimental sound design.

In solidarity with the Palestinian people they end the mix with Jessika Khazrik's track Kushajam's Recital استظهار كُشاجم - which revisits an Abbasid poem around a cosmic water clock, written by a 10th c. Palestinian poet.''

We are supremely excited to welcome Le Chocolat Noir, an artist who doesn't need an introduction.  His recognizable blend of electro, EBM, wave, and the most noir synths imaginable is showcased on top labels such as She Lost Kontrol, Panzerkreuz, Mechatronica, Bordello a Parigi, Charlois, with one of the latest releases on Diffuse Reality. He is a member of Zagreb's bRave collective, resident DJ of Ljubljana's Elektroliza and hosts a recurring show on Intergalactic FM. Exist Palestine brings forward the highly talented local artists and the brightest musical visionaries in the global electronic music scene. 

Exist seeks to build bridges between international artists, Palestinian sound innovators, the many that have been displaced and musicians who are unable to attend the festival due to politically set restrictions. The lineups consist of artists who participated in Exist Festival 2019 as well as the ones who will be invited to play the next editions.

Exist no. 14 features sound artist Hålbå and the Blum.SP party founder & Burac resident Nikkatze.

Blasted and cutting sounds immersed in dark ambiances characterize the mixes of Hålbå, embodiments of his vision focused on society's decay and its consequent uncertain future. Chaos, despair, and distress are some of the feelings that the artist tries to convey on his Podcasts, a result of depth research of unconventional audio material with a huge impact for the listener.

Nikkatze is a Brazilian DJ and multiple artist, currently focused on the universe of electronic music, she explores a cinematic aesthetic in the composition of her mixtapes. She is also the founder of a prominent project in the city of São Paulo, the @blum.sp party, a movement that involves electronic music, performances and contemporary arts, Also Currently DJ resident of Buraco - label/party about all the universe of EBM and ambassador of VGLNT.BAR in the city of São Paulo.

In Nikkatze's selections, she seeks to explore dark, nostalgic elements, 80’s vibes, composing a playful and surreal journey usually composed of ebm, dark disco, post punk, industrial, cold wave, minimal wave, electro, punk, new beat, dark wave, synth wave, italo disco and other references to contemporary electronic music.
