Ever since Animal Trainer launched their global party campaign, the Swiss duo’s unique brand of ‘slow rave’ has captured the imaginations of countless electronic music lovers all over the world and spread their gospel to thousands, if not millions, of music lovers. Adrian Flavor and Samy Jackson are the two men behind Animal Trainer, a dynamic duo which grew up on a diet of the world’s very best electronic music artists in their hometown, Zurich. Driven by passion for the music and an insatiable appetite for the party, Adrian and Samy have become two of the hottest properties on the international circuit and represent the epitome of what Switzerland’s new generation of artists has to offer. Raised in a city with arguably the strongest club scene in Switzerland, Animal Trainer made their name through a series of parties called ‘Rakete’, which still take place at the infamous Hive club. The duo had already spent some time refining their skills as DJs before launching the event, but their sterling reputation was cemented at the club. It was only a matter of time before the ambitious duo pushed things a step further by injecting their love and passion into creating their own music. In the years since their first release Animal Trainer have maintained a constant focus on high quality club music, staying relevant when others have followed the hype, and evolving into a force to be reckoned with. Of course, I'm always happy when I get to start a new podcast series. This mix falls in a time in which Covid conditionally here again many things become possible. Live music may be played again. That's why I gave this mix the working title back together again. At the same time the name of the last song. A homage to my loyal followers who are now allowed to be reunited with me at the places where I play live. How nice.

We are very pleased to have talented argentinian dj/producer @luciano-ficarra as our narrator for this 88th episode!

Born in Buenos Aires, Luciano tries through his performances to take the audience through a multi sensory journey, with a high content of harmonies and groove, without leaving aside moments of tension and reflection, combining different genres within the House Music.
Also known for his energy behind the decks, over the years he has performed in different clubs and bars, having the honor of sharing the booth with renowned artists such as Sebastian Busto and Nebula(AR).
Now with a solid taste in Deep and Organic House he has started his way as a music producer, presenting his work for the first time in this set.

Fake Mood — DHM Podcast #384 (January 2018)

Jhonatan Ghersi is a Uruguayan dj and producer, born in the city of Montevideo - Uruguay. From a very young age, he felt his taste for music, and not related to the electronic genre, he began to take his first steps in it from 2006 as a DJ doing his own raves in the city of Sauce - Canelones, where he lived great part of his adolescence and formed.

He then decided in 2007 to study with one of the leaders of the national scene such as DJ Oscar Valdez and thus be able to insert himself into the Montevideo scene. In 2010 he began his production studies with the renowned dj / producer Nicol·s Silvano (LogiztikSound) and in 2011 he held an electronic music workshop with the renowned musician Emil Montgomery.

Always influenced by melodic and deep sounds, it is what keeps him in his own style and with his own personality when performing his dj sets, radio shows and productions. He began to release his music in 2017 on various labels, including Dreamers, a label in which he released two mini albums called "They are on me" (2019) and "From The Soul" which has been released recently this year.

His music has been supported by great artists at a regional and global level such as Fernando Ferreyra, Dj Ogawa, Dj Borra, Paul Van Dyk, Solarstone, among others.
