Mixed by Kris Lapke (Alberich), mastered by Grant Richardson, and featuring contributions from Thomas Boettner (Straight Panic, Secret Historian) and auxiliary statics from Tom Moore, The Impossibility Of Haunting A Barren World presents yet another stark vision of impending collapse. It's a ruthless exploration of the psychologies and technologies of modern necropolitics conducted with grinding analog electronics and abrasive collaged samples. Death is not a dramatic spectre in these proceedings, but an unassuming footsoldier of inevitable consequence: "Everything ends at my feet, nothing as it began."
