Born in the dark streets of Cairo, grown to the unforgettable forests of Santa Esmeralda, spending its teen years in Bombay and Tangier markets, mature into the deep spacey Jungle of Ghana we proudly present you a new label from the land of the pyramids: SHANGO RECORDS invites you to an unheard world music psychedelic trip: like through a colorful kaleidoscope we will melt down Indian and Pakistani Vibes, Arab-Tek and Oriental groovy vibes, Afro-Beat rhythms n' pieces, Cumbia Tropicana flavors and cosmic Ghetto-Latin vibes into forbidden sounds of frenzied electronic dancefloor rituals. Outside traditional paths these driving grooves and polyphonic structures take the adventure seeking dancer to Dionysian highs and places never been before.

As they followed the stars up the harsh landscape, the wind blew wildly. But traveling was not difficult. A Dragon carried them over any large cracks or openings; They had forgotten how enjoyable it was to travel with him. And they’re laughing with pure delight as they rode Dragon, looked like two ripe hawthorne berries. Their merriment and the brilliant red color of their clothes and of Dragon himself, seemed to warm the cold landscape. It was only when their hands poked out of their sleeves into the icy air that they realized how cold it really was. “It’s not much farther,” A-Fu said to them after they had walked some distance. “We should be able to see Never-Ending Mountain soon.” “You’ve never seen the Old Man of the Moon though?” they asked. “Has anyone?”. The Neighbors are telling you stories about the old Man and the Moon. This is their second offering for Shango Records. This track can give you warmth and positive feelings. Dj Sergee, Guy Maayan, Holy Moly and Laura Scavo bring the silver Moon and the stars and the wide open skies into your dreams.

A couple of months ago I had the pleasure to cross Costa Rica by foot. During those days often were the times where I was lost in music wandering around the beauties of nature. Often tracks of the very talented producer @remcord were coming up in my headphones and Gardens was one of them. The beauty of that vocal caught me immediately and somehow I felt the need to make a revision of that beautiful track. I wanted to combine the emotions present in me while going through that difficult challenge with the musical elements echoing in those valleys. So this is my tribute… For Remcord, for that Nature and for the path of that inner journey.
