Joe is no stranger to having his words set to music having previously worked with the late great Andrew Weatherall on the Woodleigh Research Faciltity project.

The landscape took their breath away - as far as the eye could see huge trees soared into the air, set against a backdrop of mountains and soft billowing clouds. This was the first day of several months they'd spend living out here in the wild; something of a departure from the urban jungle they'd always known. They couldn't wait to immerse themselves in these surroundings, to forget the outside world and be at one with nature...

At the beginning of the year Crazy P announced a series of EPs on 20/20 Vision which sees the group handpick their favourite artists to share new original tracks. Following two instalments which have featured tracks and remixes from Ashley Beedle, Felix Dickinson, A Certain Ratio, Sarah Bates and more, they deliver volume number three which rallies ALFOS' Hardway Bros, Polish artist Das Komplex, French selector Lea Lisa and Red Rack ‘Em for a collection of sounds that touch on Balearic vibrations, cosmic grooves and classic deep house.

Geneva is a DJ and selector born in Latvia and based in Paris. She used to work as a creative director but her boundless passion for music led to her first set 2 years ago. Despite her short career so far, she has already amassed under her belt gigs in most of the main music venues in Moscow and Sri Lanka. And now she fully intends to keep performing in Paris and travelling worldwide. Her sets are always catchy, high in energy, and full of eclectic sound.

Part 1, presented here, will be released on June 2nd, while Part 2 will be released in the 2nd half of September 2023.

The album was written and produced by Khidja over the last several years.
It was mastered by Enrico Mercaldi and distributed world wide by One Eye Witness, with freshy fresh artwork by Angus Plunkett & Morey Talmor @ &talmor

Part 1 consists of 5 gems showcasing the diversity in the Romanian duo's production - from shuffle to slow mow, to 'chugging' to new age 4th world...

tici taci - bringing you electric funk rekkids at tempos below 120 bpm. No pre-packed freeze dried loops here, all tracks have live instruments well to the fore, from funky wah-wah guitars and deep chunky bass to temperamental analogue synthesisers and live percussion.

Now 2 years later (July 2015) we're at 23 releases from a range of artists and remixers, with one release scheduled each month.


Duncan Gray (biog) : Perhaps best known as one half of the Sons of Slough along with Ian Weatherall - see discogs entry for details of releases. The Sons were a formidable Live act (see You tube) playing regularly across the UK. DG's own releases also gained some popularity, starting with cuts for Scatological (1996) Blue Black, Whole9Yards, SaltHill, through to Aquamelon (2009). Since returning to music production in 2013 he has released tracks on NEIN, Eskimo, Blindetonation, Play Pal, Rock to The Beat, plus Andrew Weatherall's vinyl only Birdscarer label. He has played guitar on half a dozen AW remixes.

Yes, I do want to hear new tracks. I am always interested in music which features REAL INSTRUMENTS - or electronic originality. I'm getting fussy these days...please email files to the email address above. (don't just send a soundcloud link please) If you don't know what the sound of this label is like, don't bother sending me stuff. I get quite a few demos with a note saying "I love the sound of your label" from producers who have clearly never listened to any of our releases.

PLEASE NOTE : 2020 release schedule now full, but I can always make room for something spectacular, or a really cool remix...
