We are happy once again to present another stand-out debut EP from Los Angeles duo, Vindata. It is an impressive feat for an artist to have such a defined sound from the beginning. They've delivered a dynamic EP that starts off slow with the soulful voice of London's Kenzie May but soon quickens with very rapid and catchy percussion and vocal rhythms. The real fun starts with "Bad Dreams", a club jam that will have everyone checking their phone. "Recognize" is filled with low-end, rapid fire kicks and vocal edits and a big half time switch up. Finally, "Exposé" wraps up this perfect EP with a unique club tune that could easily work at the upcoming summer festivals.

For their 22nd release, NastyFunk Records turn to Rio De Janeiro producers, Toucan, for a huge helping of electronic funk. Having already remixed for the imprint, Toucan's return to the label showcases the versatility of the Brazilian duo, and their breakbeat smothered house number, ‘Back It Up’ is as nasty as they come.

Remixing the track, Patrick Podage (Noir, Circle Music) fuses elements of deep house and techno in his sophisticated edit, marking his debut appearance for the label. Full of groove and class, this rework is a true testament to the producer’s huge success recently across the house hemisphere and a perfect compliment to the original.

The third entry, ‘Way Home’, finishes the release in style with it’s loose grooves and carefree vibes; rounding off a tasty EP.

Here comes the first installment from Principles Of Geometry's upcoming album Meanstream. The song that probably best summarises what Meanstream is about. Lush synths that sets your mind on a Michael Mann movie set, amazing beats somewhere between hip hop, electronica and Peter Gabriel, and the voice of the Alessi Brothers, the legendary twins from the 70s/80s, author of classics such as Oh Lory or Seabird (check Metronomy Late Nite Tales compilation).
Remixes come courtesy of Tanner Ross, one of our favorite member of the Wolf+Lamb & Soul Clap crews + Night Slugs head honcho (and ghetto house producer as Dance System) L-Vis 1990.
