ANIMALIA FEARLESS WAVE 1~ LetOutTheBeast!

Claire Thompson is based in Los Angeles and travels internationally as a teacher of yoga and meditation, having presented workshops (including the popular Yoga of Bass sessions with DJs such as FreQ Nasty, David Starfire, and Rhythmstar) at music and yoga festivals, spiritual retreats, and yoga and Buddhist centers in the US, UK, Canada, Thailand, and Australia.  She also shares her love of music through singing with the Dub Kirtan All Stars.  Her training, under the guidance of Lama Sumati Marut, includes the Yoga Studies Institute 200 hour yoga philosophy program and the 36-course program of Tibetan Buddhist Studies offered by the Asian Classics Institute. She has practiced massage therapy for the last 15 years, training in Chicago and New York.  She currently teaches yoga at Kinship Studios in Highland Park, Los Angeles, including her Hot Flow classes featured in CBS Local Best of LA which combine Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with a killer musical playlist.
