Red Cells are a rock duo from Leeds, John Harvey & Steve Picks. Played a live set on BBC 6 Music. 2005 - 2021

Guitarist since 1981, Sound engineer/producer & record label owner since 1988. Music video & film maker since 2008. Band history - Bobo, Harlequyn, Architect, The Camp Boyz, Us, Worm, Ghost Dance.

Heavy metal bass player, beer drinker and all-round rock god from Yorkshire.

DeMalebysse  - have gone back to being a studio project who write and play Trad folk music - with a rich catalogue of fiddle based jigs, rants and reels thrown into the pot, bringing a 21st century edge to some of the oldest songs surviving from the dark ages of Old England. 

I think the current is more important than the past, but I'll give a very brief bio.

Our debut gig in 2013 was also (again) far from the norm. 
Bypassing the standard format of playing countless unpaid local live support gigs to unrelated bands, in backrooms of pubs, to uninterested punters, in a vain attempt to gain some recognition. We somehow managed to fast forwarded ourselves straight onto the main stage of a high profile festival in Hertfordshire. 

With one album already under our belt (released April 2014) we are currently working on our new one and a couple of ep releases with Seth Lakeman / The Levellers / Steeleye Span (amongst many others) producer - Mark Ellis of Propagation House Studios in Cornwall.
