Je passais mon temps à te dessiner

on s’en foutait pas mal du système
passait notre temps à écrire des poèmes
je t’ai donné les clés de mon appartement
j’ai dis “viens faire un tour n’importe quand”
et avec le temps tu es venue
c’était pour moé du déjà vu.

J’arrive à shop et je punch ma carte
tu sais par bout trouve ça pas mal platte
chu là pi chu parti ben ailleurs
j’apprends les poèmes de Nelligan par coeur
et de temps en temps pour me changer les idées
je vais voir les danseuses à gougounnes danser.

La Vie d'Artiste

This is part 2 of River Music. I didn't start wanting to do that but it is the way it turned out. There is actually one track ( of 5) that is the same in both. Do you know which one it is? I haven't played them back to back yet to hear how one flows into the other.  It will be interesting for me to listen to it.

I'm having a rough time with my health and music is the only thing that helps me make sense of myself. What you hear is exactly how I feel. I have been fighting for ten years to make it to the next one. I fill every minute with pieces of myself to leave behind. Everyone faces their mortality sooner or later. I'm going to leave "pieces of me" to open for a long time. uh oh - I see a music title there. lol
