✔️ What is your musical background?

My first important contact with electronic music came with my dear friend Dennis (Ganji) who carried niche Downtempo genres into my Munich suburban bourgeoisie environment when I was a teenager.

However, the main influence for my DJ project were - believe it or not - intense sonic confrontations with Full-On Psytrance in 2022. Luckily, once I had my first controller Downtempo and Tech genres took over my library published by labels like down., Talpa Rec. and Crépite and produced/mixed by artists such as Riyoon, Frida Darko, Reyneke, Temple Tears, Antaares, Matildoutz, LENI and - of course - Ganji.

 

✔️ In your opinion, what makes a good afterhour?

Self-confident but mellow and conscious people. No phones, a deep gripping yet suave sound. Eye contact that gets replied with a smile, a caring question or a friendly chat.

 

✔️ How did you feel about the gig?

When Benja from Kompáz asked me to open the event, I did not know what to expect and started planning from creative scratch. Though not many people arrived this early at the Salon floor and  personally I was very troubled beforehand, the time behind the decks was my perfect start for a deeply touching and wholesome weekend.

Ohne Worte (später auch ohne Stimme), aber mit viel Pippi in den Augen und more Amore in der Brust. Liebsten Dank an alle Träumer*innen und Friends, die mir mir Samstagnacht über den dusty Floor im Unterholz gesegelt sind. Für mich war das ohne Frage a special one - sehr emotional das Ganze. Ziemlich angeschlagen und dennoch in Abriss-Stimmung hatte ich Euch bouncig von Samstag zu Sonntag durch die Nacht getript. Dieser Ritt war meine Heilung Leute! I had the great privilege and joy to be invited by Maaje @maaje_music and Kandilari @kandilari to open the dancefloor at Château Perché on what surely is one of the most gorgeous stage I ever seen!
No kidding... it was simply mesmerizing.
The Mirador de l'Amor was meticulously and flawlessly crafted by Rêve Général @revegeneralcollectif and Anwesend, and I couldn't be more honored to play on such a stage, that can rightfully be called a piece of art.
So THANKS to everyone from the crews for this opportunity and CONGRATS for the amazing work!
It was such a blast!

Wir sagen Merci Cheriè für das schöne Gedingel mit euch am Samstag. Vor allem an die vielen Helfersleut, ohne die das Ganze wohl in einem völligen Chaos geendet wäre.

Um noch einmal in Erinnerungen zu schwelgen gibt es heute wieder etwas für die Ewigwachgebliebenen zum Feierabendbier oder für die Frühaufsteher als Seelenfutter zum Wochenbeginn: Montagssorbet mit Laut & Luise. Alles erlaubt, was gut tut und Gedanken kreisen lässt, nur der Name ist Programm: cremig, fluffig und ganz schön weich.

Gesagt, getan: zwei Stunden dachterassenverwöhnter Sonnentanz Mit Uns und @eins-nase . David, Cornelius und Paul am Mic. Geht mega ab!
