WAV is an online community radio station established early 2018. 
Based in Antwerp with a broad spectrum of local artists & dj’s like Lieven Martens (Ediçoes CN), Dennis Tyfus, Amos, Borokov Borokov to Order Mothership.

Also international artists like Lovefingers, Andy Votel, System Olympia, Bufiman, Sugai Ken, Gabi (NTS Radio), Good Morning Tapes, Kennedy Magazine, Daniele Baldelli, Dj Food and many more dropped by for a guest mix.

The WAV team consists of people with experience in music and media, design and fashion.

Bio : 

It’s possible that you might not know the name Luuk Cox, aka Shameboy, yet but it’s more than likely you’ve heard his work as the Belgium based multi-instrumentalist producer and electronic music artist has had a hand in more than 30 albums over the past decade.
Whether racking up production credits for the likes of Stromae, Marco Z and Girls in Hawaii, playing on releases by artists such as Arsenal, or remixing everyone from underground house heroes Booka Shade to pop stars such as Kelis and Nicki Minaj, Luuk’s reputation in the business is second to none.

Now though it’s time for him to fully emerge from the shadows as his Shameboy project, originally a ‘playground’ for him to ‘mess about’ with electronic sounds, finally takes center stage. Though with three acclaimed Shameboy albums, including 2010’s hit ‘808 State of Mind’, already under his belt it’s clear he’s long passed the ‘messing about’ stage no matter what he says.

Born and raised in genk/belgium, i was always fascinated by music and spent a lot of time exploring different genres and experimenting with instruments.  
After some schoolbands i started dj'ing  and i still love to do it. In the corona-lockdown I picked up my guitar and piano, bought some other equipement and created my first album 'quiet noise'. It' s a mix of styles with a dark, personal, cinematic, limburg edge.

In 2024-2025 i will be releasing some new songs with guest-singers, watch out...on this platform there are my songs in progresss...
