For this 1st of May, as an almost random celebration to workers day here in France, I am very glad and pleased to welcome one of my favorite producer, forward thinking percussionist and live artist of these past few years, namely fellow drum head Sébastien Forrester, fka @holy-strays. Seb provided what may be the closest aesthetic trip to what this show is all about since its start almost three years ago, in the form of a guest mix blending improvisatory drum parts, obscure and forthcoming collaboration with the creme of music experimentalists and tracks from spacey drum tradition of all things otherworldly. No more words needed, get your sticks on and scratch that snareskin hard !

baby ganoush started playing as a way of processing competing emotions and translating what no words could express into a set. Her mixing style is very eclectic, focusing more on playing with energy levels with contrasting elements - introducing euphoric and sensorial layers, translated into a glittering meeting of light and dark. Influenced by her chaotic Swedish and Lebanese perspective, and characterized by textured, nostalgic and futuristic sounds with heavy pulsating bass.
