Timothy King is an award-winning composer who in his music blends a mixture of synthetic, acoustic, and recorded or “found” sounds.  Timothy’s original composition “Tombstone” is the winner of the Urbana Pops orchestra 2018 Composition Contest,  later performed live. He has composed for short films, documentaries, and animations. Timothy has had the pleasure of working and studying with musicians, composers, and filmmakers from around the world, both on a collegiate and professional level. 
 
In his personal time he writes in a number of different styles and genres, and plans to continue with this growth as he moves forward with his musical career. Timothy is currently based in St. Louis, where he lives with his wife and two dogs.
