Now teaming up once again Lonya and Maydan come out with a stellar rendition of 'Trespassing'. Anchored by a warm, well carved groove and firing percussion, there's an electric mood from the outset. As drifting atmospheres descend over the framework, sweeping effects and metallic arps tantalize the senses. Anticipation unfolds as the main break progresses, phasing noise and clever modulation work in perfect unison before getting washed away as the pulsating groove returns for a magic moment.

The title track 'The Pilgrim' is a bass led melodic deep workout, laced with some driving percussive elements and some tasty effected synths bringing everything together nicely.

'Air 2' is a punchy dark edged driver, moody and cool, yet with melodies that intersperse adding a touch of light to proceedings

'Lost Signals' is a dreamy and slightly wonky affair, with a sparse yet rounded sound for those deeper dance floor moments.

It was a real thrill to play at Amsterdam Dance Event, and it made it even more special to play b2b with Adnan Jakubovic. ADE 2017 was a great experience - I heard so much tremendous music from so many talented artists, and it was so rewarding to see so many old friends and make new ones. Can't wait until next year.

New York City’s Tim Robert is driven to create music that is rich with creativity and emotional depth and to bring compelling DJ/vocal performances to live audiences. Originally a rock guitarist, vocalist and songwriter, Tim’s bands released albums and toured the U.S. in the early 90s; he then wrote music and lyrics for rock theater in the late 90s and early 2000s. Throughout his early musical career, Tim held a great love for synthetic textures. Then he heard Sasha and Digweed at the legendary NYC club Twilo. Inspired by the immense sonic adventurousness and emotional power of electronic dance music, Tim ultimately turned to producing and DJing. Tim’s productions are now gaining the attention of the international underground scene, and with several of Tim's releases featuring his own vocals, he is beginning to sing live at his club shows. Tim has performed in the U.S. and internationally, and he has had the good fortune to share bills with top-tier artists such as Hernán Cattáneo, Cid Inc, Guy Mantzur and Marcelo Vasami. With a strong drive to move ever forward, Tim will continue his quest to bring inspiration and innovation into his own unique style of electronic music.
