Paul R Francis is from Liverpool in the UK. 
I'd played bass in bands for years, then just got into writing and demoing with various people in the hope of publishing, then got fed up and went into painting and design. But got an iMac and iPad and started recording again and found new outlets and found new inspiration so am looking for lyrical/singing collaborators to again reach out to the publishing world.
