From this years trip to the moon.... I had the great pleasure playing on the 60,000W Daley Sound Labs system at DISCO LIPS Camp Sat Aug 31st 7-9am. This project is a reflection into my past where I delve into the experiences that forge who I am today. It is a gift of love to all those who have crossed my path and left me better than how they found me. More than anything, it is a gift of love to myself. Working on this project over the past 18 months with patience and without the pressure of preparing music for the dance floor has allowed me to develop a narrative that is honest, expresses the whole spectrum of emotion, and if the vibe is right—melt the mind

The content includes some short stories I wrote years ago, woven together with a modern twist. Throughout are original pieces by myself including guitar parts and synth lines to augment tracks produced by others. The first 2 parts of this 4 part project have a more experimental and free-flowing format, which begins to crescendo towards the end of Part 2. Parts 3 and 4 will be more energetic and dance floor friendly.

The Essential Mix is a weekly radio show on BBC Radio 1 currently broadcast between 0:00 - 2:00 AM UK time on Saturday morning. Originally broadcast on 30 October 1993, the Essential Mix features contemporary DJs and music producers of electronic dance music. The show has been presented since its inception by Pete Tong and features an uninterrupted two-hour mix from a different artist each week, overlaid with occasional continuity announcements delivered by Tong. With a broadcast run in excess of 25 years, the Essential Mix is one of the longest-running programmes in the current BBC Radio 1 schedule, and is one of very few Radio 1 shows which is not broadcast live.
